Returning Student Registration

As we ramp up planning for next year,  we are asking all returning families to complete a confirmation of enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year.

Directions on how to confirm your enrollment for the coming year are included on this page. Timely completion of the confirmation of enrollment form is important to securing your student’s position at ECA in the coming year.

The confirmation of enrollment form will fulfill a number of purposes. First and foremost it will help us to reserve space for our returning families. It will also allow us to more effectively plan and prepare our schedule and courses for the coming year, make sure that we have up-to-date contact information for all of our families, and give parents the opportunity to update their consents and permissions.

The enrollment confirmation process should take around 10 minutes or less using the directions listed below. You may also come in to the school to complete the process or call 720-473-4400 for assistance.

 

Confirmation of Enrollment Instructions

Step 1. Create a Parent Portal Account.

You will need to have a Parent Portal set up in PowerSchool in order to complete the confirmation of enrollment. If you already have an active Parent Portal set up, you can skip to step 3.

In order to create your Parent Portal Login, navigate to the following website: http://ecarvada.powerschool.com

Select the tab labeled "Create Account" and then click on the "Create Account" button. Fill in the requested information on the top half of the screen with your own information (not your student's) to create your login credentials.

Step 2 – Link your Student(s) to Your Parent Portal Account

Once your Parent Portal is set up, you will need to link your student(s) to your account.

On the lower half of the screen, enter the Access ID and Access Password of students that you want to link to your parent portal using the information provided below.

Parent Portal Access Information for [firstname/] [lastname/]:

Web ID -  [web_id/]

Password - [web_password/]

After entering this information for all students that you wish to link to your Parent Portal, click the box labeled "Enter." You will be then asked to login with the credentials you just created. Please keep your passwords confidential so only you can access the information.

Step 3 – Confirm Enrollment for the Coming Year

Once you are logged into your Parent Portal in PowerSchool simply go to the lower left hand corner of the screen and click on PowerSchool Registration.

Please verify that all of your information is correct and change anything that needs to be updated.

You will be prompted for an electronic signature. Sign and submit the form and you will then be fully registered for next year.
